BUYER PROTECTION
Seven Day Limited Warranty
Any vehicle sold with a seller’s warranty qualifies for Brasher’s Buyer Protection Plan. A buyer must request the inspection on the day of sale. If the vehicle passes inspection, any defect to the following components which would individually require over $200 to repair is covered by the “Buyer Protection Plan” for seven (7) or fourteen (14) business days (sale day is the first day) from the date of sale:
Engine: The engine block, crankshaft, head(s) and other internal components are included. Excluded from the warranty are external components such as electrical, ignition, fuel delivery and coolant circulation items.
Transmission: The transmission and/or transfer case is included. The linkage, clutch and clutch assembly are excluded.
Differentials: Internal components of the differential are included. Wheel bearings are included on closed axle differentials. Excluded are U-Joints, CV joints and open axles.
Air Conditioning: Compressor and condenser are included on two-year-old and newer vehicles. Recharging is excluded.
Covered items included structural damage, repairs or replacement as outlined in Brasher’s Rules and Policies Manual. All other items not specifically identified above are excluded.
Buyer Protection Plan Warranty Disclaimer: Brasher’s shall have the option to repair, reject sale, or issue a price adjustment upon verification of a Buyer Protection Plan covered defect. Brasher’s performs a “visual structural inspection” only and no other structural or laser measurements are performed. Brasher’s makes no other representations or warranties, either expressed or implied concerning the aforementioned vehicle. Brasher’s specifically disclaims any implied warranties or fitness of the vehicle for any particular purpose and shall in no event be liable for any loss or profit or any other commercial damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
